USCG Licensed and Texas Parks & Wildlife Certified Fishing Guide Captain Randy Filla began fishing the Rockport and Port Aransas Texas waters of the Texas Coastal Bend with his dad as a young boy.  With over 35 years of experience and a great passion for all that is outdoors, Capt. Randy is ready to put you on the fish!  Entering a tournament?  He's your guide to successful bay fishing tournaments and can accommodate multi-party boats for large groups.  Capt. Randy enjoys teaching children the pleasures and fun of fishing.
